Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SoloFrameHub GTM OS(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SoloFrameHub GTM OS provides educational content, software tools, and AI-assisted features. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Accounts are for your use and may not be shared.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• resell or redistribute the Service or its content without permission; or
• misuse AI features to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Polar, on the cadence shown at checkout (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property and your content

The Service, including its software, design, and educational content, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

7. AI features and no professional advice

The Service uses AI to generate suggestions and content. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice, and you are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use it.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless local law requires otherwise.
